Helpful tip: It is great for single batch recipes. We recommend for double batches or full bowl batches to switch to the dough hook. For those thicker or bigger batches, start with your paddles or whips and metal driver. When you start mixing your flour and/or heavier items (chocolate, candy, nuts, dried fruit, etc.), switch to your dough hook. The dough hook provides metal on metal contact, allowing to handle full bowl batches.
